These terms govern your use of the Uncord website and the Uncord mobile app for Android and iOS, both operated by Uncord Technologies Private Limited.

Accepting these terms

By using this website or the Uncord app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are using them on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

Using the website and app

  • Use them only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to any router you do not own or administer.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the service.
  • Do not copy, scrape or redistribute our content without permission.

Product information

We work to keep model details accurate, but specifications are indicative and may change as products are revised. Some values on this site are marked as still to be confirmed and should not be relied on until published on the final datasheet. Product images are representative; actual appearance and bundled accessories may differ.

This website does not sell products directly. Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation with our team; it does not create a contract of sale, and prices and availability are confirmed separately.

Warranty

Hardware is covered by the warranty supplied with the product. Warranty period, what is covered, and the claim procedure: To confirmwarranty duration and terms per model. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or use outside the stated operating conditions.

App licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Uncord app to set up, monitor and configure Uncord products you own or administer. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app except to the extent the law allows. Firmware and software remain our property or that of our licensors.

The app is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and your use is also subject to those stores' own terms.

Your account and your router

The app links the Uncord routers you add to your account. Only add a router you own or are authorised to administer. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for the settings you apply, including the Wi-Fi password and any parental controls you configure.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You may ask us to close your account at any time; our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data when you do.

Intellectual property

The Uncord name, logo, product designs, site content and app are owned by Uncord Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Limitation of liability

The website and app are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
